Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This terms and conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and gk9my ("Platform", "We", "gk9my"). This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your registration of an account or access to any part of the gk9my platform.

Continued use of the gk9my platform after any amendment to these terms is considered your acceptance of the amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

These terms should be read together with the gk9my Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form the entire agreement between you and gk9my regarding use of the platform.

User Eligibility

To be eligible to use the gk9my platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be currently undergoing voluntary self-exclusion from any gambling platform;
• Be acting in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.

gk9my reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or termination. Any winnings accumulated during a pending verification period will not be paid out if the user is found not to meet the eligibility requirements.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the gk9my platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

When registering, you agree to provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete as required in the registration form. This information includes but is not limited to your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential;
• Preventing others from accessing your account;
• Notifying gk9my promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access has occurred;
• Ensuring all your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

gk9my will not be held responsible for any losses suffered as a result of a user's failure to meet the account security responsibilities stated above.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

gk9my accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the platform, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The payment terms in effect are as follows:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM20 for all payment methods;
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 for all payment methods;
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours after approval;
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for anti-money laundering purposes. gk9my reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal deemed to require further review.

Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed and balances frozen without prior notice.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

gk9my offers a welcome bonus of 100% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus may be withdrawn.

Examples of wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

General conditions that apply to all gk9my bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, identity card, home address, email address, phone number, and payment method;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user;
• gk9my reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if fraud or misuse is suspected;
• Bonus amounts for which wagering requirements have not been met cannot be withdrawn;
• All other promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion announcement.

Game Rules and Integrity

All games available on the gk9my platform, including slots, live casino, sportsbook, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, and other games, operate according to the official rules set by their respective game developers.

The outcome of each completed game round is final. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• The random number generator (RNG) used is certified and has been independently audited;
• Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by any party, including gk9my itself;
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted to the customer support department within 72 hours of the relevant round being completed;
• Round outcomes that are not disputed within the stated period are considered accepted by the user.

The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Prohibitions and Restricted Activities

Users of the gk9my platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Opening, using, or attempting to use more than one account, whether directly or through a third party;
• Using another person's personal information to register or operate an account;
• Transferring funds between user accounts;
• Using the platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing;
• Selling, transferring, or pledging an account as collateral;
• Using any software or method that interferes with the normal operation of the platform;
• Downloading, copying, or reusing any platform content without written permission from gk9my.

gk9my reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension or termination, freezing of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities if any of the above prohibitions are violated.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gk9my will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings arising from technical disruptions or system downtime;
• Loss of data or damage to a user's device;
• Losses resulting from internet connection delays or failures;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access due to the user's own negligence.

gk9my makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or fully secure. Users access the platform at their own risk.

Account Suspension and Termination

gk9my reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting gk9my customer support. Before an account is closed:

• All wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be completed, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited;
• Valid account balances may be withdrawn subject to standard verification processes;
• gk9my reserves the right to withhold payment until all investigations relating to the account are concluded.

Once an account has been terminated due to a breach, the user is not permitted to re-register using the same or different information.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

gk9my reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the gk9my platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction that issued the operating licence to gk9my. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by the relevant licensing body.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or tribunal, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed from these terms, while the remaining provisions will continue to be fully in force.
